Formerly, he spent three years at RenovaBR, an organization dedicated to training new public leaders in Brazil, where he played a key role in institutional growth and strategic partnerships. As a manager, he oversaw fundraising efforts and led the organization's international expansion. His experience also includes working with an international organization within the United Nations and contributing to a mayoral campaign in São Paulo. At Earthshot, Ionatan focuses on building strategic partnerships to expand the reach and impact of high-integrity, nature-based carbon projects. Beyond work, he is an avid traveler and passionate about sports, especially basketball.
