G is the Head of Capital at Earthshot. He has over 20 years' experience selling complex investment, consulting, and SaaS solutions to Government, Corporate, Financial, and NGO clients. He brings a wealth of experience in carbon, timber, renewable energy, and agriculture, having been the CIO of various funds and the Global Forest Carbon Investment Director for The Nature Conservancy. Beyond nature based markets, G recently ran global sales for a ML/AI start-up, and lead a number of digital transformation engagements at banks.  Beyond work, he plays and coaches soccer, and is an avid gardener and hiker.
